I'm a rider myself, for 14 years I ride motorcycles, the fault was from the motorcycle clearly speeding where he shouldn't, we all do this shit, but we also have to suffer from the consequences when this ends this way. If you decide to go +120mph on a busy road with traffic incoming, it means you are ready to visit the ER. The Van stopped because he saw that the motorcycle was speeding way over, he the rider is living today, it's because the VAN didn't made the full turn to left open space for the rider to pass.. The Van saved the rider from a big collision. John how can you estimate the speed of a bike going this fast?

He could have even hit the crowd, the van didn't give him much choice in routes. How can you take the side of the van driver? He just rolled into the lane of the oncoming bike without stopping, i'm sure he would have seen the bike coming had he looked.
